This 2004 photo shows an oak door that was designed and built in 1997 by Hander Woodworking. It has maintained full exposure to the Pacific Northwest elements with only one recoat of clear after the original finish. It was finished to look very old. If viewed carefully, a pair of decorative, wrought head nails can be seen on each side of every wood joint. Antique amber glass behind a lattice of bent, antiqued brass rod, encased in a hammered, maple frame with decorative, wrought head nails comprise the window assembly.
